Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

Rocket and Upay deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Persistent attempts to deposit using third-party payment methods may result in account suspension.
good112 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests. This may include a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number, or a bank statement showing the account holder's name.
Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Bonus Misuse: good112 actively monitors accounts for bonus misuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus misuse is detected, good112 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and take further account action including suspension or permanent closure.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on good112, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a responsible adult player. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited:
- Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with the support team.

Account Suspension & Closure
good112 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, where the security of the account or the platform is at risk, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your good112 account at any time by contacting support@good112. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion and the resulting balance (less any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be transferred to your nominated withdrawal method within 5 business days.
Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling, self-exclusion, or financial harm — will have their account permanently closed without a cooling-off period. good112 takes these requests seriously and processes responsible gaming closures as a priority. Where an account is closed by good112 due to a breach of these Terms, any real money balance in the account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Funds derived from legitimate deposits that have not been implicated in the violation may be returned at good112's discretion. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that violate these Terms will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, good112 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the good112 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including bets placed and lost in accordance with standard game outcomes.
- Temporary or extended unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond good112's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.
- Any decision made by a game studio regarding the outcome of a game, where that decision is the result of certified RNG processes.
good112's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit good112's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising between you and good112 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant competent authority as determined by applicable legal requirements.
